Visit ArcGIS Online to download ArcGIS Pro maps or Navigator maps. To download and use a map in ArcGIS Pro, you must be signed in with an account that is licensed to use StreetMap Premium for Desktop as an extension to ArcGIS Pro or be using a single user or concurrent user license with the StreetMap Premium for Desktop extension. To download and use a map in Navigator, you must be signed in with an account that is licensed to use Navigator for ArcGIS.

ArcGIS Pro provides tools to visualize, analyze, compile, and share your spatial data. StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS data from HERE for Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa is available in a map package format available for download and use in ArcGIS Pro. StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Middle East and Africa HERE customers have access to this content.

Navigator for ArcGIS coverage

Navigator for ArcGIS is a mobile app that gets your field workforce where it needs to be, unlocking efficiency and improving reliability. The maps included with Navigator for ArcGIS are based on StreetMap Premium for ArcGIS data from HERE.

Navigator for ArcGIS currently includes maps for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. This includes maps at the country level, regional level, and state levels.

The map packages are all accessible through the Navigator Maps group on ArcGIS.com.

Esri updates these regularly, along with updates to StreetMap Premium data. Esri has Navigator Maps coverage for all regions available.
